Programmes at Laban provide an excellent basis for careers which support the performance and creation of dance. Former students work as dance managers, funding officers, dance artists in the community, arts marketers, writers and editors, film makers, broadcasters, photographers, venue programmers, and lighting and costume designers.

Former graduates teach in schools, colleges and universities, and work as education officers with professional companies across the world.
