Work Placements
Laban’s Education and Community Programme offer regular placements to students aged 16yrs+. The placements we offer are for 1 week during school term times. Due to demand and capacity we are only able to host 1 placement per month. We welcome students from local schools and students in further education and overseas students who may wish to concentrate on work in a specific department at Laban.
The Education and Community Programme placements are primarily administrative and will include some time in other departments at Laban. You may also have the opportunity to participate in and support practical contemporary dance activity. Placement students will gain a valuable insight into careers in the dance sector and will participate in a broad range of activity.
Please note that the Education & Community Programme at Laban is unable to offer long term internships. Placements are offered during school term times only and no placements are available during the month of August
