"Danielīs movement material had a strong sense of linear planes and directions with a keen attention to detail. The main phrase we were given was in fact material from other work he has made which gave us an insight and greater awareness of his previous work. It was a refreshing approach to be in contact with a creator who found no fault in moulding previously used material into something fresh. He started with splitting us into groups, based on what order we had amongst our siblings, and from that point on we altered the main phrase to then create new material in relation to our chosen partner/partners."

"Daniel took a great interest in us as individuals. This continued throughout the process and is evident in the work itself. The qualities Daniel brought out in us individually were of great benefit to us when coming together as a group. It made us more united on and off stage."

"The process with Daniel was enjoyable and hugely appreciated. To have gained the trust of co-creating the piece as well as receiving significant direction on how to improve technique and performance, not only for his work but also for our future careers in dance, is an invaluable gift. He left his special "je ne sais quoi" and that will always remain with us."
